Restructuring Manager

Gambit Search are working to find Restructuring Manager for our nationally recognised client. As restructuring manager, you can be based out of Leeds or Newcastle.

In this role, you’d be part of the well established restructuring team who have worked on very commercial and high-profile restructuring & insolvency projects across the UK. This includes over multiple jurisdictions.

As a restructuring manager, you’ll work on projects including independent business reviews, short term cash flows, accelerated M&A, administrations and liquidations.

The team have done well with previously hiring from a corporate finance / debt advisory background rather than just restructuring. If you have worked on financial due diligence, M&A or debt advisory and fancy moving into restructuring at the Manager grade, look into this opportunity.

To be considered, you need to be a qualified accountant and have prior experience in advisory, insolvency or wider corporate finance as previously mentioned.
