Restructuring Assistant Manager

Gambit Search have partnered with a National Restructuring firm who is looking to hire an Assistant Manager into their team based in London.

This role offers a unique opportunity for insolvency professionals to transition into advisory work while leveraging their formal core insolvency experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate restructuring options, predominantly contingency planning and option review processes.
• Offer expert advice and support to clients throughout the restructuring process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• ACCA qualification or equivalent certification.
• Extensive experience in formal core insolvency procedures, particularly administrations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
