Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of insolvency and restructuring professionals
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and assess clients’ financial positions, providing strategic recommendations for restructuring and turnaround plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute effective strategies for complex insolvency cases and corporate restructuring.
• Offer expert advice on insolvency matters, including administration, liquidation, and advisory pieces, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, resources, and budget allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, creditors, legal professionals, and relevant parties to enhance the firm’s reputation and business development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant professional certifications, such as ACCA, ACA, or CPI, are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in insolvency and/or restructuring advisory work, including prior experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively manage team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
