We are representing one of the global leaders in corporate restructuring and formal insolvency as part of a search to hire an experienced Restructuring Director in London.

Our client has advised on some of the most high-profile restructuring and insolvency appointments in the UK and overseas in recent years. As such, they require a Restructuring Director with extensive experience leading teams on sizeable and complex lender advisory and corporate insolvency engagements.

You will mentor and develop the management team within the department and work towards their development and progression. Directors in the team are actively involved in wider management issues and help drive compliance, risk management, budgeting and billing to the highest professional standards as set by the firm.

Based on the high-profile nature of the projects, the level of responsibility in the team and the level of talent across the national restructuring group, the Partners wants to hire an experienced restructuring Director. At least 10-15 years of relevant restructuring experience gained from upper mid-market and/or big ticket consultancies / practices.
