Contentious Insolvency Solicitor – Managing Associate

Gambit Search are excited to work with an international law firm who have a need to hire an experienced insolvency solicitor into their Manchester office.

As an experienced solicitor in this team, you’ll be part of a market-leading group focusing on both national and international insolvency litigation and disputes. Your clientele will include insolvency practitioners, corporates, litigation funders and more.

The team has numerous insolvency litigators based both in the UK and overseas including Europe and the Middle East.

The practice environment is one which thrives off support and collaboration. Staff are challenged to be their best selves and the business ensures that they build a team that comes from a variety of backgrounds to add different perspectives. The Partner who leads the team is widely renowned in this space.

To be considered for the role, you’ll need to be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE – focused in insolvency litigation. The matters will be in relation to both corporate and personal insolvency i.e. administrations, liquidations, bankruptcy – both domestic and cross border. UK court experience is going to be highly desirable in this instance.
