Gambit Search is assisting a top-tier advisory firm who are seeking a Contentious Insolvency Administrator or even a Senior Contentious Administrator to join their London office.
Purpose
Our client is looking for someone who has a genuine interest in Contentious Insolvency even if you are not currently in a contentious role, this role will allow you to learn the ins and outs of contentious Insolvency with extensive training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the recovery of company records.
- Ensuring potential claims are progressed.
- Preparation of conduct reports for the Insolvency Service
- Production of investigation inserts for statutory reports and internal case review forms.
- Manage WIP in accordance with agreed budgets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ insolvency experience
- Interested in contentious Insolvency.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication and organisational skills.
- CPI is desirable but not necessary.
