Advisory Director

Gambit Search are working with one of our clients to help grow their advisory offering in the Birmingham region. The firm are looking to hire a Director to join them further develop the Midlands market but also continue to add value for the wider restructuring team.

As this role is geared towards the advisory function, you’ll be handling projects including:

• Accelerated M&A
• Independent Business Reviews
• Option reviews
• Short Term Cash Flow Modelling

At this level of seniority, you’d be involved in more of the business development to push both the business’ brand as well as yours. You’ll be taking on new tenders, winning work and identifying the right people to build relationships with.

To be considered, you’ll need proven advisory expertise in the aforementioned fields and whilst experience is most important, an accounting qualification is highly desirable.

If you do have insolvency expertise / qualifications it’s an added bonus but not essential to the duties of the role.
