We have partnered with a leading mid-market boutique located in Edinburgh in their search for an ambitious Transaction Services Senior Associate. They are looking for an individual from an Audit background who is keen to leverage their skill-set into Corporate Finance.
As a Transaction Services Senior Associate, you will work on both FDD and VDD projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
- Analysing reports using Excel.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
