Transaction Services (Manager, Associate Director & Director level)

We are currently working with a leading global advisory firm who are recruiting at all levels from Transaction Services Manager to Director for their dynamic team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile financial and vendor due diligence projects, offering unparalleled exposure to mid-market transactions.

As part of the Transaction Services team, you will work with clients to provide key insights and detailed due diligence services, ensuring high-quality and impactful results for both buy-side and sell-side deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and executing financial due diligence and vendor due diligence for mid-market transactions, from initial scoping through to final deliverables.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing valuable insights to help inform decision-making.
• Managing teams to deliver high-quality work on time, while coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Developing relationships with key clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Contributing to business development efforts by supporting proposal generation and identifying opportunities for new work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Transaction Services (TS), with a strong background in financial and vendor due diligence.
• Ideally, experience working with mid-market clients or in a mid-market advisory environment.
• Experience at a Manager to Director level, with strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact with clients at all levels.
• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
