We have partnered with a mid-market financial consulting firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services and Valuations Associate to operate within their corporate finance team.
As a Transaction Services and Valuations Associate you will be responsible for developing business models for a range of top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting financial data and business models.
- Performing discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, guideline public company analysis, guideline transaction analysis and option pricing valuation techniques.
- Assisting in buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in French.
- Experience within Transaction Services or Valuations.
