We have partnered with a leading business advisory firm located in Cardiff in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Manager / Senior Manager to operate within their corporate finance team. They are looking for an individual with experience in Corporate Finance (Transaction Services/Valuations/Banking) who is eager to leverage their skillset into M&A.
As an M&A Manager / Senior Manager you will be working on projects from inception right through to completion within the lower mid-market space. You will play an instrumental role in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with senior managers and directors to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
- Drafting Information Memorandums.
- Preparing and pitching presentations.
- Work on M&A mandates from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Previous Corporate Finance Experience.
- Ideally from a Top 10 accounting firm.
