We have partnered with a mid-market advisory firm located in Reading in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Manager to operate within their corporate finance team. This is a unique opportunity for a Transaction Services or M&A professional to learn and develop within a high quality and national business.
As a M&A Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
- Helping draft Information Memorandums.
- Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations.
- Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous Corporate Finance experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
