We have partnered with a leading business advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Associate Director to operate within their corporate finance team. They are looking for an individual from a Transaction Services background who is eager to leverage their skill-set into M&A.
As an M&A Associate Director you will be responsible for leading projects from inception right through to completion within the mid-market space. You will play an instrumental role in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with senior managers, directors and partners to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
- Drafting Information Memorandums.
- Preparing and pitching presentations.
- Work on M&A mandates from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience supervising teams.
- UK market knowledge.
- Currently Transaction Services Senior Manager / Associate Director or SPA Senior Manager / Associate Director.
- Ideally from a Big 4 or Top 6 accounting firm.
