Role and Responsibilities:

As the M&A Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in the team’s growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing deal processes, from inception to completion.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and crafting tailored M&A strategies.
  • Conducting thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments.
