We have partnered with a mid-market advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Assistant Manager to operate within their corporate finance team.

As a M&A Assistant Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to managers to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
  • Helping draft Information Memorandums.
  • Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations.
  • Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous M&A experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
