M&A Assistant Director – Retail & Consumer

We have partnered with a leading business advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Assistant Director to operate within their Retail & Consumer M&A team.

As an M&A Assistant Director you will be responsible for leading projects from inception right through to completion within the mid-market space. You will play an instrumental role in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside directors and partners to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
• Drafting Information Memorandums.
• Preparing and pitching presentations.
• Work on M&A mandates from inception to completion.
• Delving into the retail & consumer market, analysing market trends and pitching for new mandates within the sector.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Competent in advising clients on both the buy-side and sell-side.
• Experience in leading projects M&A lead advisory project
• Interest in working within the retail and consumer sector.
