Gambit Search are sourcing for an international law firm who need to hire a corporate associate at the mid to senior level for their London office. The role is broad, however there will be a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions.
As a corporate associate, you’ll be working on a variety of legal services including public & private M&A, equity & capital markets as well as PE and VC. The Group work with a variety of clients ranging from start ups to established international businesses. The focus will, however, be on international M&A.
The team is growing quickly and have great ambitions, therefore are looking for an experienced solicitor wants such an environment to grow in. The practice is committed to having an inclusive environment and will act as a catalyst for your professional and personal development.
You’ll need to be around 5/6 years’ PQE and have demonstrable experience in corporate transactions – especially private M&A.
