We will donate £300 to a charity of your choice for referring someone you know. We'll also donate a further £50 to the chosen charity of your referral.

How it works:

STEP ONE

Refer your friends and colleagues

Complete the form below to put us in touch with your referral.
STEP TWO

We'll guide them through the Gambit process

We’ll make contact with your friend/ colleague, present suitable job opportunities and work proactively to make the right introductions. They will be guided step by step through the interviewing process.
STEP THREE

Make Charity Donation

Upon passing a three month probation period, we will make the charity donations.

If there is someone in your network who you think could be suitable for one of our live job opportunities or is seeking support in finding a new role then your good deed could be rewarded.

Terms and Conditions

  • Gambit has not been in contact with your friend/colleague at any time in the 6 months prior to the referral being made.
  • Your referral must have secured a minimum six month interim role or permanent job.
  • If your friend/colleague is referred to us by more than one person, we will operate a first come first served policy.
  • It is your responsibility to notify your friends/colleagues and have obtained their consent to share their details with us before submitting the referral form.
  • Charitable donations will only be made to UK registered charities.
  • The donation will not be transferable or redeemable for cash or vouchers.
  • You can refer multiple friends/colleagues and we will make multiple donations to charities you nominate.

Should you or your referral not have a specific charity that you would like us to donate to then we will make the donation to one of our charity partners.
