We have partnered with an independent strategic advisory business, located in London, in their search for an M&A Associate.
This individual is someone with a strong financial modelling background who is highly motivated to get into the M&A/lead advisory space.
Key responsibilities
- Helping prepare and review information memorandums
- Helping prepare and pitch presentations
- Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion
Qualification
- Preferable ACA/CFA qualified and/or relevant work experience
- Strong Financial Modelling skills e.g. LBO, DCF
- Competent using Excel and PowerPoint
