We have partnered with a leading business advisory firm in their search for an entrepreneurial Transaction Services Assistant Manager to operate within their corporate finance team at their London office.
As a Transaction Services Assistant Manager you will be required to leverage your expertise in financial due diligence to see assignments through to completion. In this role you will be a pivotal figure in building strong relationships with both external and internal clients, contributing significantly to deals within the low-mid market sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside directors and partners to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Draft and analyse reports using Excel.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Previous Transaction Services experience.
- Competent using all MS Office functions.
