We have partnered with a leading business advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Associate Director to operate within their Corporate Finance M&A team. They specialise within the mid-market space, working across a diverse range of sectors. You will play an instrumental role in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing deal processes.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and crafting tailored M&A strategies.
- Conducting thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments.
- Leveraging your deep knowledge of the M&A process to negotiate and structure deals effectively.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional development.
- Utilising your expertise in locked-box mechanisms to enhance deal structuring.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc / Ba or equivalent degree.
- ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Prior experience leading M&A mandates from inception to completion.
- Proven track record in the M&A field, with experience in executing deals within the lower-mid market space.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to assess deal opportunities and risks.
- Familiarity with reviewing financial models and valuations.
