Insolvency Administrator – Senior Administrator

Gambit Search have partnered with a leading national advisory firm with the hire of an Insolvency Professional at Administrator/Senior Administrator level to join their team in their office in Birmingham.

This is a highly desirable role for someone with 2+ years’ experience within the insolvency industry that has an interest in progressing their career whilst working on large corporate insolvency and advisory cases.

You will be part of a team that is described as open-minded, supportive, and highly dynamic.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of mainly Liquidations and Administrations from inception through to closure
• Preparing all pre-appointment documentation including decision procedure notices, SIP6 reports and Statement of Affairs.
• Liaising with Directors throughout the process to obtain the necessary information
• Dealing with creditor correspondence and claims including trade creditors, HMRC and banks
• Reviewing books and records
• Handling employee redundancies and claims
• Performing asset realisations
• Dealing with agents and solicitors instructed where necessary

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Good knowledge of corporate insolvency processes from cradle-to-grave
• The ability to prioritise and organise
